Please help out and post up the code on your D Series Cylinder Head,its located above the exhaust ports of Cyl #2 and #3 or near that location,see pic below.You have to post/know the Year,Model,Engine and Transmission along with the code.I have a few so far.....The Idea of this page is to help people ID thier head when they buy one from ebay,junkyard or anybody so they know they got the right head.

*Also, I don't know if it's from a 5spd or Auto... I bought this head off E-bay a long time ago.

ok just pulled my heat sheild off... Its a 1990 civic std 4spd and the code is D15b1 pm9-5 with an 06 stamp next to it. hope that helps
