Question regarding minimum size for ECHC Class Decals ??

Can't find the size in the general rules. What size does the "H4" decal need to be and I assume it's one on each side only?

Jon,

Numbers must be <U>permanent</U> and displayed on each side of the vehicle. Numbers should be a minimum of 8" tall and of contrasting color to their background.
