BUILDING OF HEAD ??????????

what are some good recommendations on perfmance parts for the building of a 96 j-spec gsr. ?

what are you building it for? turbo, nitrous, all motor? we need more info about your plans before we can even reply to your topic.

Some ideas:

Valvesprings(skunk2, portflow, toda, etc)
Valves(ITR?)
Retainers(same as above)
Cams(skunk2, toda)
P&P work.

Id personally like skunk2 and toda as you can tell.
