My question is I just picked up a odb1 p72 ecu, but I'm changing to a skunk manifold with out the secondaries. I was wondering if it is possible to run this ecu and not have any problems. Is it possible to have the secondary engagement removed from the ecu?

you can run the p72 ecu, i would advice to get it chipped and more vtec in the normal 5500- 5700 rpms since you dont have iab's any more 4400 vtec x-over will bog the car
