Default Need some info/advice on all-motor set up

OK, so here's my situation (I tried searching, but didn't come up with much... if this has already been covered, sorry):

I just bought a white 91 hatch with a fresh paint job, that I plan to swap all my stuff into (from my rusty baby blue 90 hatch) as soon as I get my beater on the road. Here is the plan...

I have a b18c5 head with ITR valve train and CTR cams. The set up will basically be a b16a block with ITR pistons and a c5 head. My main problem right now is trying to decide how to wire this up. Do I need to convert to obd-2? Can I convert to obd-1, or even stay obd-0? If I go obd-2, should I use a P73 ecu (a friend of mine is selling one for about $150 locally right now)? I also have a vafc-II.

For some stupid reason, I never even thought of the wiring, so I kind of just rounded up parts. Now I need to decide what I want to do, and figured people on here might know my best option.

A list of parts I have for the set up (***indicates the parts that are on the car already... just FYI):
-b18c5 head (complete)
-b16a block (stock)***
-JDM ITR pistons/rings
-pr3 ecu***
-fuel upgrades (walbro 255 lph high pressure pump, b&m fpr/fp gauge, ls fuel rail)
-ACT clutch kit
-Skunk2 intake manifold
-DC 4-1 header***---> High Flow Cat***---> Greddy SP catback***
-AEM cam gears
-Apex vafcII***
-God damn it, I know I'm forgetting stuff. I'll have to update this tonight when I can actually look through the boxes in my room.

Anyway, if you have any words of wisdom, or helpful links, I'd appreciate it. This is basically going to be my "stock" b16a powered hatch. Thanks in advance for any info.

-Tim

NEVER go obd2. you can either stick with obd0 or convert to obd1.
