Default Screeching sound in Reverse and low speed

I just did a LS swap into my 92 Civic, the car ran fine except for the screeching sound that come on the I try to move the car at very low speed let said about 1-3 mph. Once the car started to pick up some speed the screeching sound go away. Anyone here know what is the problem?
BTW: I have an 96 LS, equip with GSR transmission and a 6-puck clutch.

Thanks in advance for any comments.
