i was wondering if a set of cbr 954 tbs would be good for gains in top end, i have a skunk 2 manifold right now but im in the process of making a set of itbs from cbr 954 and was wondering if i would see a gain top end wise with their 42mm butterflys
or should i just stick with the skunk manifold

that is debatable.
the cbr's are sized about right for a B16, less optimal for B17 and not the best bet for a B18 and could choke a B20vtec.

the setup depends a lot on tuning and other mods to the motor to see any gains at all.
be wise and choose the skunk2 mani for ease of operation... dont run ITB's unless you want to open pandoras box or just look cool (thats why I'm doing it )

 

thanks man my motor is at like 1880cc with head work and skunk stage 2 cams, you think they would choke such a setup
