I bought a crx last night that has a ZC with a Si tranny in it. No problems in forward gears. When you put in in reverse, or just drift backwards, the tranny or something is binding up. On a 30 degree downward angle, it will stop the car with the brakes off and the clutch in or the clutch out in neutral. We jacked it up and put it in reverse, when you turn one wheel backward the other goes forward. We could not turn them both by hand backward. We fired it up and put it in reverse, in the air. Let out the clutch and we could not spin the one tire from going forward. When youre in the car it goes like 5 feet back then binds, you can give it some gas, and it will break loose. But it binds up every few inches after that. Any clues??

All forward gears are fine

one of my buddy's said it could be either clutch or linkage?
