Default My new Suspension mod

Hey all! I Just would like to share some pictures of a rear subframe brace that a friend of mine fabricates. As most of you people know that with a bigger rear swaybar on a honda civic there are tendencies that part of the Rear sub would tear.

With This brace it distributes the force evenly on the subframe under heavy load, Without the brace load is isolated in one place on the subframe which will eventually give. A must if you want to use bigger rear swaybars plus it actually looks good

I am using a 22 rearsway pictured here.

For more Detailed information on this piece pm civicferio on here. really nice guy thanks charles ...

yes he is going to sell this brace. It includes all the needed hardware for the install without any modifications. I think he has obviously templates for the ek's already coupe, hatch and sedan models.

yeah it would be cool if charlston had a laser engraver eh judd so he could put like charlston brace or something on the back of it so you know its his piece like the og ****.

Charlston im sure already has a patent on it, hes currently working on getting that brace to work with other 22+ sway bars.

With this brace the beaks kit is no longer required to be ran on the car. It eliminates the use of it

or at least thats what I understood last we spoke.

Charlston is a suspension nut I tell you.

what if you have a kit like the srr sway/tie combo which already has a beaks style kit built in? will it still fit? i guess that's what i was tryin to say earlier...
