problem about getting bar certified

just want to ask when getting bar certified, does it matter if the tranny doesn't have the vin tag but the block is legit

the tranny should be ok, i've never seen a ref check a tranny b4, but i could be wrong.

tell them the tranny is out of a 95 model when they didnt have the VIN on them...or from JDMland.
