itr and b16a intake cams look the same

itr and b16a intake cams look the same
i check http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/temp/VtecCams.htm to see the differences between cams..if you look..b16a 92+ and 97-99 itr cams look the same dont they? with one engraved ring..so how do you tell the difference besides measuring them?..
