Default CEL oxygen sensor

i just had my car's CEL checked and i came up as two oxygen sensor codes. i have to get my car inspected. is there any way to fix this without replacing oxygen sensors?

That code does not mean the sensor is bad.

Check all wiring to and from the sensor for loose connections, damaged wiring...

Now if you want to test the O2 Sensor, tap into the signal wire of the sensor and check if it is recieving voltage with key turned on of course.

Switch to a low volts or millivolts scale, tap into the sensor's signal wire (typically black) with the positive lead of your meter, and ground the other lead. Get the engine up to normal operating temperature, then hold 2,000 to 3,000 rpm for at least a minute (this step is important with unheated specimens -- oxygen sensors don't produce voltage until they hit 600 deg. F.). Let it come down to idle, and you should see a rapidly changing reading, typically between 100 and 900 mV.

If that is the case, it is good and further exploration is required, if not replace sensor..
