Are 40/40's necessary?

Default Are 40/40's necessary?

i was talking to this guy with a EK and he had a Si rear disk conversion, he claims that he doesnt need the 40/40 prop valves, because he has steel brake lines. Is that really a good thing or is his car going to hell any time soon?

I would think that he would still need one. But thats just my oppinion, and I don't know much
