Hi, is a 93 f22A external coil distributor compatible with a H22A JDM internal coil distributor. Did the engine swap and think the internal distributor is faulty.

PS Spliced the black/yell to yellow of original coil plug...

no they are NOT compatible

the h22 and h23 distributors are the same however, the jdm is internal whereas the usdm is external. your best bet is to get a usdm h22\h23 external coil and distributor so you dont have to rewire for the internal coil. i dont know if you can still use the f22 coil though..maybe? can anybody give a definate answer to this? this would be easier as it is just plug and play if your using your usdm harness. which harness are you using?

Hi, thanks. I'm using the F22 USDM harness with modifications for extra sensors and extensions.
