which brand is the best for cams/head package integra 94 LS
i looked in the search and could not find anything ..... can anyone give me there opinon on which ones i should get and how much it will cost ... thanks

What are your goals for the car? If you want to get something pretty powerful, I'd recommend going the LS/Vtec route first. There are much more available stuff for Vtec heads than non-Vtec.
Everyone makes fun of "vTeCh, y0!" and whatnot, but in actuality, it's very good and pretty damn powerful at times. Do that first. It'll be pretty good for an all-motor car.
If LS/Vtec is out of the question, look into Crower cams. (www.crower.com) They range a lot in price depending on what you want to do. Some of the lower end ones are simply "bolt on" while the more powerful ones require higher tension valve springs/retainers. It could get pricey.
NOTE: For a turbo car, the head doesn't really need much done to it.
