cupholder replacement

Don't know how but the cupholder won't move in and out anymore, so I'm gonna get a used one from ebay, how easy is it to switch in a new one?

fairly easy i had to take mine out because mine got stuck shut cause my friend wanted to be smart and superglue the cup holder to the rails.
