I have a 95 Accord 4dr that is lowered about an inch and a half with H&R Springs. I also just installed an Ingalls Camber Kit on the front wheels.

Does anyone have any suggestions of shops in DC/Northern VA that can do an alignment for me?

Merchants (where I got my tires) say they wont do it because it "can't be done since you lowered the car." I know it can be done, I just need to find a shop that knows what they are doing.
