Pull it out simply... either Pry it out, use vise grips, etc...
And fix it fix a self threading oversize drain plug...
Next time don't overtighten.... Just snug it up..

I had the same problem about 2 years ago , and had to get mine out that night. Since it was 11 at night nothing was realy open . So i went to my 24 hour Wallmart and foudn a socket that was like gator wrench or something. They claim it could remove and stipped nut. So i bought took it home tried it out, and it worked. Not saying it was a quality tool but it saved my but that night.
