Default no start need help bad, tried too much already

I have a 91 crx DX with a b16A in it with ecu conversion harness to obd1 but that harness is fine. ok so the car just died on my about three months ago found no power to the ecu. Went through a test in the factory manual under, ecu trouble shooting, no codes check engine light on, and they told me to check the map, tps, and pa sensors. still nothing so I figured that there is a break in the wiring somewhere, right? so I pulled the entire harness out and found a break in one of the power wires on the right side shock tower connector harness and had shorted with another in the same harness. stupid me I thought that I had fixed the problem and didn't check which wires they were. Can someone give me a hand please. any other options will help or previous experiences
Thanks

So you've found the problem and fixed it but the ECU still doesn't work? The ECU could be fried when those wires shorted.

well I hope that is not the problem because I just added hondata about six months ago and have not had enough time to play with it yet. I am going to try to swap it out this weekend with a known good ecu and see what happens. Any other I deas?
