Default 205/45-16 or 215/40-16

Hi to everyone I'm new here...
My ITR is about 2.7" lowered and is going to be wearing some 16x7 CE28N's pretty soon...and I'm looking at the eagle f1 gs-d3 in either 205/45 or 215/40...The overall diameter of the 215's is obviously favorable (even though I already have the jdm final drive ), but I'm concerned about rubbing with the drop I've got...does anyone here have this specific combination?
And yes I've already searched but haven't really found an answer...thanks!

My itr has 205/45/16 and are perfect. I had 215/45 stock, but these are much better..

Stick with 205-45 if you are lowered that much.
