the fujitsubo power getter is a nice nice exhaust. and as for the angling of the exhaust i havent seen anybody do it with the rsx. ive seen some hatches with the straight pipe causing the upward angle, so maybe you can bust out the straight pipe n do it

PG is a favorite for great gains (in terms of exhaust anyway) and great sound. Another with the angle are HKS exhausts.

I don't think there is any exhaust with the canister style that's not too loud, because of the straight through design. As far as angling the exhaust out and up...you can go to a muffler shop and have them angle it (will need new piping right before the muffler).

You should listen to the HKS Hi Power exhuast. it is pretty straight threw and the power getter are both pretty quiet exhuast.

The EVO exhaust is pretty quiet. It has a nice tone to it.

For what ur lookin for, I would go with the HKS Hi Power. You can see a video of it on http://www.hksusa.com

Edit: Whats shown on the video is the JDM exhaust, the USDM exhaust is angled.
