i'm doing my regular tuneup so i'm getting some new wires, i was wondering if anyone had the 8mm wires and if the 8mm wires come w/ the black boots? or is it the 7mm's?? ive seen some ngk wires that were ALL blue. i want the ones w/ black ends. (i know its small detail but thats just me)

well ive found them online but im wondering still if the 8mm's have blue boots.in the latest issue of ss they install some on a civic hybrid and they state they are 8mm but they have black boots yet in the same paragraph they state they are the same diameter as stock wires. i checked them out on http://www.inlinefour.com ann the pic they show is the wires w/ blue end and blue boots.

call me crazy for being a stickler over this but i want the ones w/ the black boots...im trying to find out if the 7mm's or the 8mm's come w/ black boots or if ngk makes em all w/ black ends now.

 

My blue NGK'S have black boots i think...I'll have to take a look. They're purty darn cool. I got them from my friend who works at an import parts supply warehouse. I got rid of the box already, so I can't help ya on exactly what model they are. sorry...
