times were no where near what i thought i'd be, but thats ok...cuz a lot of cars were running slower than i thought too. i was in the left lane, and the guy next to me was a modded ws6...beast of a car. first time @ the track...hopefully i can get some better ETs in the future

most of these ******* honda techers are gonna say WOW THATS SLOW. YOU SUCK AT DRIVING etc etc.. in all honesty in NE i have never seen anyone break into 14s in an ef stock b16

yeah...didn't really prep much for the day either, kinda a last minute decision. full interior, as always...and a full tank of gas, which was not a good thing
That's really not too bad in a heavy U.S CRX. I ran a 14.6@95 with my B16 (intake exhaust) in my hatch weighing in at 2155 with driver, and an elevation of 33 feet at the track. I'm sure add some weight and some elevation and I'd be right where you are. Only thing is, I remember you posting that you had 150whp, which is odd. My bro runs 14.3's with 142 whp.
yeah....its actually 158.1 not just 150
not looking to make excuses, but might have a few reasons for the bad times. 1) bad tires 2) got a less than quality launch 3) about 5/8 of a tank of gas when i ran....and 4) my tranny is super messed up. the syncros are bad for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. shifting from 1st to 2nd, i can BARELY even chirp just because of the grind, and from 2nd to 3rd, i can't at all. this really sucks considering that w/ my d16a6, i could chirp third on a regular basis w/ buddies in the car with me.
