Default Coolant Sensor

Well i can not put the old sensor in the new z6 block as suppose to be done beacuse the hole isnt there i got a defective bblock or something . Im just going ot leave it in the therm housing but can i just wire up the plug the same ill goto the junk yard and get the clip with a littl ewire to splice them together. That will work correct?

u gotta extend those wires to reach the sensor at the water neck.

Yea i was thinking i could just extend them and use the stock clip from the z6 motor and just connect it to the extended wires.
