Yes the b16a ecu will work and run your motor....not perfect, but it'll do the job until you can find a gsr ecu to run.....you may have to get an obd 0-1 conversion harness and run a 94-95 GSR p72 ecu.....
get a obd0-obd1 conversion harness and a p72.... if you dont wanna do that... you have to run obd0 distributor and i'd get a new intake mani cause the gsr mani wont have the secondary runner control w/ the pr3 you're using... if anything i'd swap the mani, get the obd0-obd1 conversion harness, get a hondata and a chipped p28 then call it a day
As others have said the PR3 or PW0 will work just fine tho it won't have IAB control (not that it really matters because if you simply pull the vacuum line off the control diaphram solenoid, the IAB's will always be open)... The easiest route is to just do that or swap manifolds and run a nonOBD ECU. If you want to do an OBDI conversion I would recommend a chipped P28, if you're motor is staying relatively stock there's no reason to run Hondata. The GSR (P72) ECU's VTEC is too low and the mapping is **** making it come last in my book (as I've said numerous times). Good Luck
