brake bleeding procedure
I was alawys told when bleeding the whole system to start at the caliper farthest from the master cylender and work your way to the closest. My chilton says the opposite, but for the older gen lude and accord it follows this rule. Any insight?
i have done many brake fluid flushes and I always started at the furthest away
and worked toward the closest. I have never had a problem in 5 yrs of working
on honda/acura vehicles.

I have always done the bleeding the same way - start at the farthest and work towards the master cylinder. the only reason i can think of for the chilton's to say that (i have one too) is something about the abs. but when you're bleeding, the fluid in the modulator doesn't change, only the fluid in the main tank.
i really don't know, but last time i bled the brakes i did as that manual did and it was no different than starting at the back right wheel.
