BEST RADIator for prelude
I need a new radiator and was wondering what are my options? Any good radiators for decent price? Should i just get a oem replacement? How much better is it to have an aluminum radiator? its just lighter right? Those costs an arm and a leg. let me know what you guys think?

whats your mods? i ran stock for awhile, then a 91 integra one for awhile...now i have a half size civic aluminum one....works great and leaves me a lot more room to get to my turbo.
oh we can interchange radiators? like civic and integras? Or do we have to do some modifications. I just got intake headers exahust and some cams. Nothing much. I just notice my 12 year old radiator should be replaced.

the integra one only requires you to cut the top hose silghtly...you have to use a different upper hose that needs to be cut, and a modded stock one to use hte civic one.

But form a clooling point, is it ok to put in a civic or integra zized one, because i also think i am going to have clearance issues with myturbo, so bump it up for replies
been a few days now and it hasnt overheated in traffic or giving it hell...lots of civics w/swapped h22's and turbo h22 run it. but it has to be alum. civic one to work
Aluminum has less cooling capacity then copper. I have a dalimex copper Radiator, it's almost as light as the aluminum fluidyne one, and offers as much or even more cooling capacity, and is a hell of alot cheaper.
With the stock honda radiators, some have plastic top and bottom ends, these can blow off when running a turbo setup.
just some info goodluck

What in the hell would make a turbo blow off the endcaps of your radiator? My friend you installed your turbo very, very wrong.

Hahaha very funny. Okay maybe i said it wrong. The plastic end caps may rupture. Not because of there is more pressure in the cooling system, because there's a turbo installed, but there is added heat produced by the turbo.
I've had two (1989)honda crxes with stock radiators that ruptured while turbocharged. It could also be because i life in a very rainy country, and rust eats away the holding points of the plastic endtanks and make them weak.
