i was wondering if type s valve springs and retainers would be a good investment to go along with hondata flash for my ep since they are made to handle 8k+ revs. i plan to keep the car for at least 150k miles and if anybody's engine were to mess up from the flash, it would be mine... thanks.

I would recomend it . It only ensures the safety of you motor from valve float . It can not hurt it can only help .
