i was reading up on factory specs, and i saw that the si has a 11.9 gallon tank, which i knew. it also said the dx has a 11.9 gallon tank, but the hf only had a 10.6 gallon. does anyone know if this is true?

About 1.3 gal worth of gas. I'm pretty sure its minimal, if your wanting to save weight by using the hf tank just get a fuel cell, assuming this is for racing purposes...

 

no...its not for racing purposes, using it as a daily driver. and i wasn't really interested in using a fuel cell. but, just for the sake of asking...how large are some of the larger fuel cells? i'd like to get something thats @ least 8 gallons. but, are they even made that large?

 

I've seen as large as 32gal, but your talking about a serious tank. They have all kinds of sizes. RJS makes an 8gal tank too, $78 from summit. Thats just the tank though, not the pump or lines etc.

 

anyone know how much the civic/crx 11.9 gallon tank weighs?
