It's the same engine as SC300/Supra, right? If so, i imagine it'll turbocharge very much like...well...a supra. Dunno for sure tho, too luxurious to be THAT much fun.

Oh, and maybe I'm confusing what your saying Aleph, but if not... The SC300 does not have the same engine as the Supra TT, but maybe it does have the same as the NA supra. But if so I don't think its that great of a platform to boost. However, the TT engine does drop nicely into the SC300, and I guess the IS as well. I've seen this one guys car down here in Miami with a pretty much sleeper SC300 that has a supra TT engine and then went with a single T78 turbo with NOS and a HALTEC. That car is dayamn fast. I'm getting totally off topic though. I think turbo chargning the IS would do it some justice cause the car looks sweet, and like it "should" be fast as hell. A turbo will help... I can't seem to find the words... make it less of a girly car. I dunno. I'm tired. Goodnight guys and girls.

I heard of that sc300, took out a viper on high way while at low boost setting. I believe it's done by toyomotor. They bulit some crazy toyota/luxes.

 

Soarers (SC300 -JDM version) can be quick if you turbo charge them!!
