Default NASA-VA Registration is up for Shenandoah Circuit May 21, 22, 23!

All looks good for the opening of the new Shenandoah Circuit of Summit Point Raceway, so registration is now open for the NASA-VA event on May 21, 22, 23!

https://www.nasaproracing.com/...d=125

There are a variety of activities since it is a three day weekend. On Friday, there will be test/tune for racers, open practice for HPDE 3 drivers/Instructors, Level 1 Instructor clinic, and Competition School. On Sat/Sun, all HPDE groups and all race classes will participate.

HPDE 1, 2, 3 students please remember that you must preregister with Honda-Tech as your sponsor to be considered for 10% discount. If there are 20 cars registered with H-T in sponsor field, then those drivers will get the discount.

We do expect that this event will fill the HPDE quickly due to it being the new circuit, so it is advised to register for the HPDE as early as possible. Racers and HPDE should register at least 7 days prior to avoid late fee.

Thanks and see you there
Laura Cobetto, NASA-VA Registrar

Crap, funds are looking too low right now, I was expecting this to open up later. I'll just have to see you goobs there at the Expo. By the way Laura, thanks for the post-event refund from VIR

Is that Mike? I recognize the brake pads for sale, rollbar and brake setup wanted, MM President...yeah, that's Mike. It can't be "cheating" if it isn't real "competition," right? I guess that's what the R-speed guys will use as an excuse...

I've heard that as well. I'm starting to think it's more a way of keeping our spirits high rather than just saying, "you know, you really suck at driving."

Laura, do you have a map of Shenandoah? The SP website doesn't seem to have anything on it...

come to think of it, Expo 3 were also held on a new track...but I don't really like Beaverrun that much compare to other established tracks.

I believe this track is actually run counter-clockwise. (one of the few)

I count in the neighborhood of ~18 corners, depending on how they are counted.
