I took the center vents out today and got thinking, how good 2 gauges would look instead of vents.

Heres what I decided to do:
First I prepped the plastic
Layed a thin layer of fiberglass
Applied the resin and let harden for 5 hours.
Thin coat of long hair fiberglass to give a bit more stertiness
Coat after coat of spot putty until it was perfect.

In total, took approx 9 hours to do. Next step is to drill the 2 wholes and paint.
Let me know what you guys think..

 

Your pics are so big that it is hard to even see what you are doing.

 

I'd go for squeezing 3 in there. Hope you don't want vents again.

I have an extra vent setup laying around. But yeah, 3 gauges would look good.

 

three has been done before, and they fit nicely. although keep the shape of your stock vent not flat. good work
