Default AN-R header

im plannin on ordering and ANR header either this week or the next. i have a b18c1 with jdm itr pistons and cams, skunk2 itm and other boltons. im plannin on ditchin the itr cams in the future for some skunk2 stage 2s. my question is will this header be overkill for my curent set up? ive also heard from one person that the header will kill my torque, is this right? TIA

it appears to be a very well designed header and will provide really good flow for those s2 cams... IMO, it won't be overkill.

I've seen good results from the AN-R headers.
