Default b18c1 into crx couple more questions

I just got done reading some post on the subject of wiring harness and come to the conclusion that it isnt worth sending hasport my wiring harness when i can use my hf harness and get an obd0 to obd1 conversion harness. Now my questions is

do i use my gsr distributor, injectors, and oxygen sensor?
or do i have to use my hf stuff? because i know the distributor from the hf wont fit the gsr. so if anyone can verify that ill be fine using the hf harness with the gsr stuff then ill be really happy. and ill just order a subharness for a gsr and then ill have to splice gsr distrubitor wires into the hf harness? And do i have to do that with the injectors or will they just plug in? Let me know if i missed anything and I did search it just left me with more questions. If someone could point me to a good thread to read that would help too...alot of the stuff on this in the search is sorta confusing and it seems to be more arguements than answsers. Thanks

DEF

all you "really" need is the ecu, distributor from the motor you're putting in and a 4 wire o2 sensor.. i have a pre-obd- obd1 harness made by blownhatchback, he has open wires (meaning not spliced to anything on one end) so you can wire up the o2 and vtec stuff (knock sensor, vtec soilnoid, vtec oil pressure)... you can use your stock injectors so you dont have to change the clips to obd1 ones... i thinks that's all .. hope this helps you ..

The best thing that you should do is find a OBD0 Distributor, alternator, o2 sensor and injectors. It will be less of a headache, not wiring or anything like that.
