Remove the front bumper, relocate and replumb the washer fluid reservoir to the passenger side of the car (only hard thing about it), remove stock airbox, install AEM CAI.
installing the aem coldair was a bitch. It took me like 3 hours to install just the intake. I didnt have enough time, so i didnt install the bottle washer.

it comes with sufficient instructions...if not you can always do a search on clubrsx.
if your mechanically inclined i dont see it taking you more than 4 hours (including doing the washer bottle relocation)...however, a lot of people choose not to move the washer bottle (they just remove it off the car and leave it out)
if you have the AEM CAI already then go for it, if you havent bought it yet...get the injen CAI-its a lot simpler.

Nope, the intake will hit the bottle if not fit at all if left on.
