radiator help

Default radiator help
I am looking for a new radiator and I am just going to get an oem replacement. I've seen some that say for civc 88-91 with air conditioning, both auto and manual tranny. What is the difference? I have a civic 91 w/manual tranny and no air conditioning. Will it matter which one I get?
