Converting OBD2 to OBD1 Questions

Converting OBD2 to OBD1 Questions
OK, what exactly is involved here. I know you need to get an OBD1 (given), and you will need a wiring harness. Is this all? Also, does anyone know where I could find the schematic for the wiring harness? I hear the harness is quite expensive and I feel confident that I could make it myself. Thanks in advance.
