does it work out?

 

i know that the bar has a slightly different shape by the end links, but i dont know if that will make it not fit..

 

anyone else... i was thinking i would need the REAR LCA , end links and the middle brakets sorry for the incorrect terminolgy

 

My friend Adam who happens to be a mechanic slapped a 90-93 Teg rear swaybar onto his 90 Civic si, his car handles very well!

 

i got a standard tho... so no sway bar stock

 

Why not just use one off of a CRX Si?? I have one here but have not tried to install it on my 89 DX hatch.

 

yes it will fit, i use to have a 91 teg rear sway bar on my 88 crx.

 

so its just a bolt on affair someone said i had to preload something before i put the bar on

 

its a complete bolt-on, what car do u have? trim? dx and std doesnt have a hole for the brackets so you have to remove the tow bar for the teg bracket.

 

Well, I tried to put a 92 Integra rear sway bar on my 89 Civic Si and it wouldn't fit. The rear lower control arms weren't the same.

 

I tried to put on a 93 integra rear bar on my 91 civic dx... before we all flip out I was doing the rear disc conversion and used the 93 LCA so it had been bolted up before. My problem was it hitting the muffler and bolting it up to the frame... didn't fit on mine.

 

ya i have an 88 standard i also have the ITR style LCA how would i go about installing a rear sway..... what parts all do i need?

 

alright i got the 93 teg sway to fit.. just had to take some creative thinking.. but it went in. anyone know what the size of that bar is ?
