well hc is from old spark plugs, bad valve seals. carbon build up etc.
nox are from bad catalitic convertor. 02 sensor etc.

its hard to read the sheet in the pic, does your car have an egr valve? i cant look up specs right now since its like 4 am az time. anyway if your car does have and egr start there. high HC's and high nox's can come from a bunch of different things and being that i cant listen or look at the car start with the egr(if there is one). then look into vacuum leaks and lean misfires. hope this helps.

too much THC? shoot, i'd leave the car running with the garage door closed.

maybe old cat?
dirty intake filter.
check all your emission stuff to see if its working. did the guy tell you what was wrong with it? he should've told you what you need to do to fix it.

since it's stock... I would say, a tank full of good gas, a tune up, and possibly a new cat. Cat's are normaly only good for 80K to 100K mi.

are you saying its rich? well CO is low so its not running rich, NOx is usually from bad cat. and/or bad egr, HC can be from bad spark plugs, wires, bad dizzy cap.

well, looked at the car and did a mini tuneup. plugs were really old, bolts holding the cap on were rusted to hell, and cap contact points had alot of buildup. swapped a new rotor, cap, plugs, and put some civic stock ign. wires on er, and a new fram filter. awaiting the bottle of guaranteed to pass emissions formula, hopefully it passes.
