shiftin from PARK to REVERSE.. i hear a CLUNK!
my driveway's a BYCH!! parkin up hill is gay! man! newaise..sO0o0o.. i shift it into REVERSE i hear a CLUNK.. *sniffs* ne advice for parkin uphill everyday? oh! oh! oh! and when i step on the brakes.. SUMTIMES.. ok well here.. imagine this.. u knoe how u step on the brake and let go of it RAPIDLY . u hear that "flappin" noise frm the brake pedal.. welll that's what i hear under the car.. *whimpers* oh and it's a 2002 accord.. my car's HURT huh! HELP!

my car does the same thing parking up hill, what i do is once i drive up ready to park, step on the brake, shift to park, pull up hand brake, let go brake, turn off engine. When i leave:start car, step on brake , shift reverse, let down hand brake, and zoom!.

1. start car.
2. step on brake
3. drop ebrake.
4. release brakes
5. step on brake and shift into R.
if not.... when she leaves her car the day before...
1. put into P
2. let go of brake.
3. pulll ebrake
therefore, when she does the first set to go into R, it makes that noise...

I've lived on a hill all my life. What I do is put the car in neutral, pull your hand brake all the way up to stop the car, then put the car in gear with no problems at all. That way all the force is on your brakes or e-brake(which if not good, somebody let me know)and not on your park gear
Another problem I've noticed with my neighbor's is when they back out of their drive way, the let the car roll a little bit then put it in drive, ending up in the gear grinding. When backing the bitch out on a hill or a flat surface if anything, it's just smart to stop the car first before putting it into gear.
