what spark plug wires are you guys running?
I have gone through two sets of MSD wires and they broke on me twice. I want to try some Japanese brand wires like NGK or Ultra. What kind of wires are you guys running or recommand?
i dunno if this normal or not.
for some reason i touched my distributor when the engine running and i got electric shock.
are my leads stuffed or is it normal ?
thanks

yeah I have a set of MSD conductor wires connected to a MSD 6A and MSD Blaster SS coil.. and my wires are already f*cked, last night I was doing a compression test, and there were sparks flying from half way down the plug on the spark plug wire, like it was leaking. So now i'm gonna change.. to what, I don't know yet =\ NGK Powercables sounds nice

I got a set of Magnacore 8.5mm Competitions with the MSD 6BTM and they work great. I wouldn't go any bigger than 8.5mm, the 10's don't fit in the guides.
I would go with NGK stock if you are on a budget.

On the turbo Civic, I run a totally stock ignition (not even sure what my ignition timing is, just a little less than 1/2 way back on the distributor), with stock spark plug wires. Seems to be doing me fine.
why do people keep saying get stock NGK wires? i thought stock OEM wires were SUMITO..... in that case which wires are better to get OEM sumito wires or NGK?
who said that stock were ngk? most people will tell you to either run stock OR ngk. i'm running ngk. don't run the msd, they suck.

hey man i live in the past lol... anyways i ned to get new plug wires and was wondering what seems to get better resluts for about 450 hp @ 20-25 psi? OEM, NGK, or after market?
Although I have always used MSD wires and never had problems with them, and IMO they are the stuff, I've switched to NGK because they are dirt cheap, and you'll never feel or see a performance difference between them and other wires.

I saw a site where they dynod stock vs ngk vs msd and even the the power was real close the stock had the smoothest lines, while the others were kind of jagged. Ill try to find it a post it up. BTW I went with stock.
