Default b16a is bogging and stuttering

I just swapped a stock hmo b16a cable swap into my 90 teg. It idles fine, runs fine, accelerates perfectly. But I have a really bad stutter or bog when I am cruising at a constant speed at low to part throttle. I tried new wires, plugs cap and rotor, tps is adjusted to factory spec, timing is at 18 degrees and I have 0 ecu codes.

Thats closed loop hiccuping, I had it on my cammed '93 LS and to a very slight degree on my B16/B18C hybrid. Change out your fuel filter and check for small vacuum leaks. Also what gas are you using? (just curious, the B18A didnt need premium, Just making sure you put it in).

I beleive you can get rid of some bucking at light throttle by changing the Fuel Pressure, but I dont know enough to get into detail on that. Good luck.

Sounds to me like the VERY common issue of getting the primary and secondary O2 sensors crossed. C8 and C16 swap them and see if it clears up.

lol I was actually about to type that I was thinking it could be an open loop o2 problem but my wife was out honking and yelling for to to get outside to go eat...lol. But I think your guys are right because when I give it more throttle it switches loops making it go away. My fuel pressure is just stock and reading 30-35 psi. I have done this on many b16a swaps in the past the same as I have it on here I am running a dc 4-1 jdm header so I only have 1 o2 sensor so the secondary is spliced off the main one. I have never had problems in the past but now it seems I do. I think I am going to unhook the secondary and try that and go from there. Play around with having them both unhooked ect to get it running good on the highway till I can have a couple bungs welded into the header.

Last time I drove this car was about 7 months ago at the track so it had about half a tank of 92 mixed with 108 so I filled the other half with normal 92 again. I have almost got it burned out so hopefully it will helps some......
