I recently installed a clutch master stage 4, and the mechanic that installed it said all i really needed was about 50 miles of breakin to seat the clutch because its a bronze clutch and not organic. Is this ok or should i allow more time? Also I notice that in first gear the car shakes like it wants to shut off, I know its because of the clutch wanting to engage but is that normal? Thanks for any help.

 

i say give it few hunded.. at least 400-500..

 

Is it a "puck" disk? Those generally don't need a "break-in". If it's a puck disk then the shaking or "chattering" is normal.
