quick wahing ? input plz
ok this sunday 29th i plan to wash my car (its gonna be 58 degrees in good ol PA)
this is my plan:
1.wash with Turtle Wax Zip Wax or Meguiar's Deep Crystal Car Wash (not sure which to use if u wanna throw me a hint) and chenille wash mitt
2. Meguiar's Quick Detailer/clay bar
3. Meguiar's Step 1 paint cleaner/swirl remover (do i let it sit?how long? should i apply more than one coat?)
4. Meguiar's Step 2 polish (how long should i let it sit? should i wipe dry and apply another coat for good luck?)
5. Meguiar's #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax [Mirror Glaze(carnuba wax)] (same ?'s as above)
The question... Is it a bad idea to mix the professional quality #26 wax with the consumer quality 3step products?
any helpful ideas would be great, thanks

58 degrees? You act like thats some occasion for a wash, anything above 32 is good for me. It will be goodwaxing weather though. I would use a better meguiars polish and try to find some of the meguiars NXT wax. Depends on the condition of your paint though, if its in good condition #2 might be ok. I dont think the #26 would interfere with the earlier steps.
