Default f22 vtec head swap

one of my buddies wants to swap his f22 non vtec head for a f22 vtec anyone done this swap? do you think its even worth it... its going on a 93 lx if that makes any differences.......

Probably won't make a huge difference...afterall its a SOHC. But it can be done and here is a write up (try searching next time too )

swap the whole vtec motor, the head swap is too much work when you can get the whole motor cheap and it's easier/ more reliable.

just put my f22 vtec into my freinds 94 dx. We did the full swap. Still running slow i think we gotta do the cam timing. Troubleshooting sucks.

No need for Caps its like your yelling don't!. This is in the accord forum so I would imagine a 94 dx accord.
