Im planning on getting a clutchnet stage2 clutch from Ben but I was wondering what does the bearing kit do and is it worth it?

It changes the throwout bearing and the small bearing that fits in the flywheel (i'm not sure what it's called). I would definately buy them. I changed my clutch after 49,000 miles and the stock bearings were definately not as smooth as the new ones I got from Ben. It's only an extra $50.
