Question here.

I have a clutchmasters stage 3 clutch 08-012-hdtz made for 90-91 civics...I have an '89, I need part # 08-011-hdtz...

Could I just buy an upgraded 90-91 flywheel (my intentions anyway) and use the 90-91 clutch?

its a swapped d16a6 with si tranny...let me know fellaz..thanks!

 

why dont you just return it for the correct one.....exchage....thats what i would do.....

I hear ya...I think the spline count is different but the upgraded newer flywheel corrects this?....

I'm pretty sure you can just use the 90-91 flywheel and be good to go. If you had an 88 tranny youd be screwed, but I'd wait for someone to confirm this.

Edit : Yup, grab that flywheel and your good to go, 88's had the 21 spline count, youve got 20 like the 90-91's, go grab that flyweel and get gettin.
