i think .030" is the most i would go. but i dont think milling the head and getting a thinner HG is gona be a good idea.

also, if ur gona get another head, make it an h23 head, if ur gona upgrade, upgrade the most u can. it swaps right on, its not difficult to do, its been done before, and plus the stock h23 on the f22 block would put u at 160hp, and 9.2:1 cr, then, you wont need to mill as much, and then u can get the PnP to get it to flow even better. iuno, just my .02 cents.

I'm not going to get into the evils of head milling but I'll put it this way: If you have $1000 of PnP work in your head and you overheat, it's done. All that money goes down the drain cause you can't mill anymore.

If you're gonna mill do it right, mill the block, or even better get higher CR pistons. Race Engineering sells 11:1 pistons reasonably, but I'm guessing you don't want to get into the bottom end.

Milling the head .010 will bump you up to like 9.2:1, .030 = 10:1. You will also need a cam gear because milling will require you to advance timing. Rule of thumb: for every .012 milled advance cam timing 1 degree.

For a thinner head gasket get a three layer OEM gasket, take the rivets out, spray the middle layer with copper spray and use it.

Also consider porting the throttlebody and portmatching your header.
