Actually, I have seen a couple sets on ebay, offered by some british sellers. Shipping would probably be a killer, but you gotta pay to play and the fact that these wheels didn't come on any car here will definitely make them expensive no matter which way you get them.
I dunno why, but I remember once upon a time that Shawn Hillier's EP3 had some on it, so maybe check with the jdmhondaparts.com guys to see how they got his.
