I have 89 accord bilsteins in front with my Skunk2 coilovers with Koni yellows out back.

Best combination for the money IMO.

The accord fronts give you about 1" more travel, and the only mod neccesary, is that you can only use one of the brake cable brakets...thats all.

EDIT;

Pic of how much I'm lowered:

so what exactly did you do? did you go purchase 89 accord shocks from a store for intention of putting them on your car? or did you go to the local junkyard and rip em off the car itself? (i am asking this becasue you said 89 accord bilsteins. and i didnt know the struts themselfs had a namebrand) thanks in advance.

***** heyyyyyy does anyone know if koni makes the yellow version ( adjustable) for the 89 accord front ? *****

i think it would be a really good idea to run koni adjustable all around so i was wondering if they would work instead of ur bilstein and koni combo.

Apparently they do...but good luck fniding them. When I bought my setup, everywhere that "said" they carried them had at least a 6 month wait.
